Experience

I'm a full time, male tutor specialising in Math, Accounts, English, Economics and Business with 24 years (15 years Full Time, 9 years Part Time), 2 years in Tuition Centre. Foreign Students, PSLE, N & O Levels, IGCSE, IB, AUSMAT, AEIS, WIDA, Adult and/or Business EL. I am not NIE trained, but I have a proven track record and my ex students and parents are willing to be referees. Let me know and I can arrange a call. I guarantee results.

I used to teach online exclusively because I am the primary caregiver of my sick father, using Explain Everything (interactive whiteboard with audio and video recording) which allows students to download videos of lessons for revision. I'd be happy to send you some samples, students love it as this is how this generation of students consume content. I have a proven track record (see testimonials in profile). If face-to-face, I teach with colour coded worked solutions on my tablet to aid learning and I'd be happy to share these with you too. I am willing to offer $10/hr off if parents are willing to try online, and my first lesson is a trial lesson.

I am also willing to conduct physical lessons at the rates stated below. I rarely apply for students as most of my class load are referrals, but a huge swarth of them graduated this year.

My pedagogy is mentor-student rather than teacher-student, skills-driven rather than answers-driven, and academic-focus without neglecting character development. Lessons are filled with laughter. WhatsApp consultation is available off hours. I am not a disciplinarian; Parents must do their part. Neither am I a magician; I can show students how to get an A, but they need to want it for themselves.
